Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KECamps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
You have the option to purchase a kid-friendly lunch provided by the club for $25 per week. If you would like to purchase this option, you may do so during online enrollment. Otherwise, you are welcome to pack a lunch for your child.
A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KECamps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Campers and Families,
My name is Kayla Lewis, and I will be your Camp Director for Summer 2019 at Walla Walla Country Club. I am thrilled at the opportunity to make everlasting memories with you and the rest of the campers. I am positive that you are going to have loads of fun in the weeks that you will spend at camp.
I currently work with children ages 3-17 as a speech therapist assistant in the school setting. I have been living in Walla Walla for two years and am originally from California. I have a dog named Taylor, who loves to go on walks and to play fetch. I just got a new bike that I can’t wait to take out on all of the bike trails here in Walla Walla.
We have many activities planned for you such as tennis, swimming, arts and crafts, fun with foods and our traditions of Wacky Wednesdays and Thankful Thursdays! Get ready to meet new friends, and if you have been to camp before, reunite with your old camp buddies. Campers, you will also have the opportunity to earn SMILE bands throughout the summer for Sportsmanship, Mindfulness, Inclusion, Leadership and Enthusiasm - our important camper values!
I can’t wait to meet you all.
See you at camp!
