Club Registration Requirements
Please note that if you are not a member of TPC Sugarloaf, you must be sponsored and accompanied by a member of the club in order to register your child for camp. The member’s child must be attending camp the same week as you. Please be sure to have that family’s club member number on hand when you enroll online.
Age Range: 3 - 10
All campers must be at least 3 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KECamps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious lunch, afternoon snack and beverage daily. There will be a $30 + tax lunch charge per week per child. These charges will be billed to your club member account. If you are a guest of a member, your child’s lunch charges will be billed to the club account of the member of whom you are a guest.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KECamps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2019 is now open and will continue until we are full. So, you may add additional weeks as the summer goes on. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Campers and Families,
My name is Lanae Adams, and I am so excited to have the opportunity to enjoy an amazing summer with you! Before the first day of camp I just wanted you all to learn a little bit about me.
I am currently a graduate student studying Community Development in Canada at Acadia University, where I also play basketball for the women’s varsity team. I am also a substitute teacher for Gwinnett County Public Schools. I have an associate’s degree in Business and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I have numerous years of experience as a youth basketball coach and have been a camp counselor and staff member at camps all across the country and Canada.
A couple fun facts about me. I have two dogs, a husky named Aspen and a small mixed breed named Cosmo. My family and I adopted both dogs, Aspen from Gwinnett County animal shelter and Cosmo from an animal shelter in Washington State where I grew up. Some hobbies of mine are playing basketball, doing art, thrift shopping and hanging out with my family. After I graduate next year with my master's, I hope to become a community liaison for a university or professional sports team.
From being a babysitter as a young teen to creating a mentor program at my high school to volunteering with kids from my local community, working with children has always been a passion and a big part of my life. This summer I am super excited to get to know you and your family and learn and grow with your children. I am even more excited about all the fun we will have! I look forward to meeting you all on the first day of camp!
See you in soon,
