The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Stock Farm Day Camp in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Stock Farm Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 4 - 12
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KECamps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

During most activities and especially during Golf, Tennis and Yoga, campers will be split into 2 smaller groups based on age in order to give them an even better instructional experience.
Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious lunch, afternoon snack and beverage daily. There will be a lunch charge of $10 per day per child. These charges will be billed to your club member account. If you are a guest of a member, your child’s lunch charges will be billed to the club account of the member of whom you are a guest.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KECamps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Dear Camper and Families,
I am so excited to begin our summer camp at Stock Farm! The beautiful Bitterroot Valley offers an amazing and unparalleled opportunity for youth to explore the outdoors and experience the west in true summer camp style.
I am a Montana Native. I grew up in Eastern Montana and spent my childhood summers in the mountains camping and fishing. I married a fly fishing outfitter and we have passed the passion for the outdoors onto our son.
I am a teacher in Hamilton, MT where I live with my family and our two Labrador Retrievers, Rocco and Roger. My background includes a degree in Elementary Education and a master's degree in Special Education. I spent many years teaching in the elementary education classroom and later moved into special education, where I now teach.
I look forward to sharing with our campers at the Bitterroot Stock Farm all of the treasures and wonders of the outdoors. I am excited to go on scavenger hunts and explore the great outdoors with our campers. We have many more exciting adventures planned each week!
I love the enthusiasm and wonder children bring to new experiences. I can’t wait to meet our campers!
See you soon!
