Activities
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
You have the option to purchase a kid-friendly lunch provided by the club for $35 per week. If you would like to choose this option, you may do so at the time of enrollment. Otherwise, you are welcome to pack a lunch for your child.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Packing List
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:
Payments, Cancellations, Refunds
Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2021 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at info@kecamps.com. Cancellations made by June 20, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
Covid-19 Safety Policy
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Meet Your Camp Director

Dear Campers and Families,
My name is Olivia Stutz, and I am the KE Camps Director at The River Club of Mequon. I am so excited to come back for my third summer at camp! I can’t wait to meet our new campers and see you all again.
During the school year, I am an English Language Learner (ELL) teacher. I taught K-5th in the Oak Creek Franklin School District. Previously, I have taught third grade, first grade, kindergarten and 4K. However, my experience goes beyond the classroom. I was the assistant varsity tennis coach at Shorewood High School. I worked at the Boys and Girls Club and have always been a camp counselor every summer! I love to travel and experience new adventures. Three years ago, I taught English abroad in Taichung, Taiwan. I have traveled to many countries such as the Dominican Republic, the US Virgin Islands, London, Ecuador and the Galapagos islands, Taiwan, China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia. My hopes are to travel again! For college, I graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
I love to spend summers working at camp, seeing friends, and hanging out on the lake. My favorite thing to do on the lake is to ski and wakeboard. One of my hobbies is baking cookies. I grew up in Dellwood, Minnesota, and my family consists of my dad, mom, younger sister, two dogs and two cats. Now I have my own cat named Hobbes!
I am so excited to continue camp and make new memories this summer! There are going to be awesome Wacky Wednesdays and great Thankful Thursdays. Campers will be earning SMILE bands again this summer as they display our KE Camps values (Sportsmanship, Mindfulness, Inclusion, Leadership, and Enthusiasm). I know we will have an amazing summer together!
Sincerely,
Olivia Stutz
