If you are not a Club Member of Hinsdale Golf Club, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with HGC Day Camp in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Hinsdale Golf Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.

Age Range: 4 - 10

All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.

Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike!  Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”.   The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Meet Your Camp Director

Dear Campers and Families,

My name is Elizabeth Hart, and I am extremely excited to begin my second summer as a camp director with KE camps! Last summer, I was the director at another KE Camps location and I am so excited to meet each and every one of you at Hinsdale. I have so many fun things planned for the summer!

I graduated from Bradley University in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. After graduation, I taught first grade for a year in Peoria Public Schools and then moved to Chicagoland and have worked for 2 years as a third grade teacher at St. Frances of Rome School in Cicero. I have worked with kids of all ages through teaching and through my many years of experience working in various positions at summer camps.

I have absolutely loved all my experiences working with kids in both a school and camp setting. I enjoy meeting so many different personalities and working to create a great camp experience for even the most hesitant campers. This summer, I am very excited to create fun days full of games, arts and crafts, and STEM challenges. Last summer, my campers had a blast making food on “Camp Iron Chef” every week and loved having a treasure hunt during Pirate week. I’m excited to bring these traditions, along with many new ones, to camp this summer. In addition to having fun, safety is of the utmost priority at Hinsdale Golf Club.

I am very excited for this summer and for all the fun we will have! See you at camp!

Elizabeth Hart
