Club Registration Requirements
Camp Hackberry is for Members of Hackberry Creek Country Club only. Please make sure you have your Club Member Number on hand at the time of enrollment.
Age Range: 4 - 10
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KECamps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KECamps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Campers and Families,
I am so excited to be back at KE Camps this summer and looking forward to working for the first time with our friends at Camp Hackberry! I’ve had the pleasure of directing at two other great KE locations in the past - Camp Brookhaven and Camp Prestonwood, and I can’t wait to meet all the fun and smiling campers and families at Hackberry Creek!
Outside of KE summer fun, my current job at LoneStar Sports & Social Club allows me to plan sports leagues, field days and social events for adults throughout the DFW area. I also coach softball at Ursuline High School and a few youth travel teams. I am definitely blessed to have the opportunity in my professional life to provide a fun experience for youth and adults alike!
When I’m not playing or coaching sports, you’ll likely find me rooting on my hometown favorites, the Houston Texans, Astros and Rockets… but I’ve also grown to love the Rangers and Stars! I’m excited to bring my passion for health and fitness to Camp Hackberry this summer and looking forward to meeting you all soon!
See you at camp,
