Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly morning snack and lunch to all campers each day. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2021 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at email@example.com. Cancellations made by June 27, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
Covid-19 Safety Policy
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.
Don’t forget to take a look at the important camp forms below.
The State Health Department requires a record of immunization OR letter stating the medical or religious exemption reason to be collected before your child may attend camp.

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Campers and Families,
Summer is a few months off but before we know it the sunshine will be here! As the cold months are still upon us, I find myself thinking about the warm sunny days of camp and the fun we are going to have this year!
My months away from camp are spent teaching choir to middle school students at Grice Middle School in Hamilton, NJ. This school year started my 25th year at GMS. Teaching online sure has been different, but I love working with the students and making the best of our virtual world. Being outside in the summer sunshine is certainly something I look forward to!
My granddaughter turned five in the fall and granddaughter number two is turning three next month! My daughter-in-law and stepson live close to me, so I can spend quality time with them. My oldest daughter (26) and her husband just moved into a new apartment in Brooklyn with their clowder of rescue cats. As a television/film hairstylist, her journey with Netflix is sending her to Germany next week! My youngest daughter (21) changed her major to musical theatre this year and has been enjoying all her new classes and virtual musicals! There are so many wonderful things happening this year.
This summer will be my eighth summer with KE CAMPS and I am so excited for the first day. Golf, arts and crafts, fun with foods, tie dye, swimming, STEM, and games are some of the activities I look forward to the most this summer. I am eager to meet the new campers and welcome back the returning campers! I also miss the counselors and know that you will find them to be one of the best parts of camp. It is with their guidance and fun personalities that we can have such a safe and caring experience for your children.
Smiles and sunshine,
