Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
You have the option to purchase a kid-friendly lunch provided by the club for $25 per week. If you would like to purchase this option, you may do so during online enrollment. Otherwise, you are welcome to pack a lunch for your child.
A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.

If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Camp Edison Families,
My name is Pat Stone, and I will be the director at Camp Edison for my sixth year! I am very excited to be returning, and look forward to another amazing summer. I am looking forward to having fun with both our new and returning campers. When I am not having a blast at camp, I teach music at two elementary schools in Albany.
At camp, my great team of counselors and I work hard to cultivate a fun and inclusive environment. We understand that this can be a camper's first experience at a summer camp, while others are summer camp veterans. We plan an innovative schedule to make sure that everyone has a fun and enriching experience. We also work with campers to exemplify the character traits of SMILE (Sportsmanship, Mindfulness, Inclusion, Leadership, and Enthusiasm) at camp to make sure we have an accepting and caring environment that all of our campers feel secure in.
One of the best parts about Camp Edison is getting to participate with the campers, and release my own inner child. One of the best ways for my staff to supervise is to be actively engaged in the activities we are doing with the campers. From our weekly Wacky Wednesday themes, Thankful Thursdays, Camp Iron Chef, Minute to Win It, STEM activities to Edison’s Got Talent, we have a blast.
Lastly, I would like you to know that my main priority at camp is the safety and well-being of all campers. Although I love having fun, I will never sacrifice the safety of children for the sake of fun. I am honored that you are bestowing trust in me to keep your children safe and provide them with a memorable experience.
I look forward to an exciting and amazing summer ahead!
See you soon,
