Age Range: 4 - 10
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
You have the option to purchase a kid-friendly lunch provided by the club for $25 per week. Otherwise, you are welcome to pack a lunch for your child.
A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:
Payments, Cancellations, Refunds
Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2021 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations made by June 20, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
Covid-19 Safety Policy
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Campers and Families,
My name is Amanda Adams and I will be your camp director this year! You can expect to see my smiling face every morning at drop off and every afternoon during pick up! I am so excited to be here and spend my first summer ever in the Quad Cities with all of you!
I’m sure we will get to know each other very well by the end of camp but to give you a little sneak peak of who I am, let me tell you a little about me! I am currently a special education teacher at Rockridge Junior High School. I work with kids from 6th-8th grade! I love my job and I knew that being a teacher was my calling at a young age! I’m originally from Ohio and I moved here last August to be closer to my significant other. While in Ohio, I attended Kent State University and graduated in December of 2017 with a Bachelors in Education. I have always found myself working different jobs that involve working with kids! I have been a camp director and a camp counselor as well as a high school and middle school cheerleading and gymnastics coach!
Some fun facts about me are that I live with my significant other in Milan and we have 3 cats! Their names are Willow Gray, Luna Belle and our baby boy, Taz. You will usually see me holding a cup of coffee in the mornings and it’s most likely from Starbucks! One of my favorite traditions that I have started since moving here is game night on Saturday! I have learned to play a bunch of different card games and I would love to show all you campers how to play!
I hope you all are as excited as I am for camp to officially start! I have so many fun crafts, science experiments and games for us to play! Summer camp is one of my favorite memories from my childhood and at 26 years old, it’s still one of my favorite summer adventures! Be prepared for swimming, golfing and tennis lessons and a ton of fun this summer! I can’t wait to make millions of memories with all of you and make this a summer you won’t want to forget!
See you soon families!
