Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of Columbus Country Club, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with CCC Day Camp in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Columbus Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 5 - 11
All campers must be at least 5 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each morning and afternoon to all campers.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2021 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations made by June 6, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
Covid-19 Safety Policy
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Campers and Families,
My name is Madison and I will be your camp director for this summer. I can’t express how excited I am to spend the summer with you all!
I graduated from the Ohio State University with my master's last May (GO BUCKS!), and have been working as a school social worker for a Columbus-area school district for about a year! I enjoy spending a lot of time outside with my dogs, Milo and Murphy, and am currently trying to pick up the skill of rollerblading (although this has proved to be more challenging than I anticipated!).
When I am not working or engaging in hobbies, I am busy planning my wedding set for this September! I enjoy staying active and maintaining a lively schedule. I am currently working toward my independent licensure in social work, and one day hope to have my PhD! Along with being a school social worker, I also work as an outreach counselor for an agency in Columbus. Prior to that, I attended Capital University where I helped manage an after-school program for kids in the Columbus area while also leading the team of tutors/mentors. This experience showed me the impact that positive role models can have on children, and vice versa! The kids I work with teach me so much, and I feel that I am constantly learning. Working with kids in all of these capacities was no accident; I truly value my work and enjoy every second I get to spend with my students and clients!
While all of these experiences have been unique and special, my favorite memories have come from working with children in summer camps. Being in this environment gives me the opportunity to use my creativity while also engaging in meaningful relationships and fostering a sense of community. I am thrilled for this opportunity to spend time with campers and families, and look forward to creating an unforgettable summer camp experience!
See you at camp!
