Club Registration Requirements
If you are not a Club Member of Brier Creek Country Club, you must be “Sponsored” by a Club Member in order to register your child for camp. The Sponsoring Member will not be charged in association with Camp Brier Creek in any way, however, he or she must be aware that you are listing him or her as your Sponsor. This policy allows Brier Creek Country Club to ensure that all Non-Members attending camp are associated with a Club Member in some way.
Age Range: 4 - 10
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KECamps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
You have the option to purchase a kid-friendly lunch provided by the club for $25 per week. If you would like to purchase this option, you may do so during online enrollment. Otherwise, you are welcome to pack a lunch for your child.
A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KECamps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Meet Your Camp Director
Dear Campers and Families,
My name is Raini LeBaron, and I am thrilled to be the camp director at Camp Brier Creek this summer! I want to introduce myself to give you an idea of who I am, my philosophy regarding working with children, and my vision for the summer!
As a kid, I moved every few years. We lived in Utah, Michigan, California, Hawaii, and Arizona. Although it was difficult to move so often, leaving friends in each state we moved from, I now appreciate how it forced me to grow and that I learned to make new friends quickly. I have friends all over the United States. I am excited to share my experience and knowledge as I help your children make new friends this summer at camp!
I have always enjoyed working with kids, and I am drawn to opportunities where meaningful relationships can be developed.
Children love to have fun, they are eager to learn, and they find joy in the small things. Working with kids helps me include
those important principles into my every day! I am excited for the opportunity to build relationships with each camper this
summer and tailor the activities to their interests and needs! I look forward to seeing them grow individually as well as
become a tight knit group that will stay connected even after the week is done. I have some awesome science experiments,
scavenger hunts, team building activities, games, and crafts in mind that will leave us all with big, exhausted smiles on our
faces by the end of each day.
I love the outdoors, sports, traveling, delicious food, and my wonderful husband, Levi. You can most likely find me hiking in
the mountains, digging my feet in the sand at the beach, or playing board games with my family. My husband and I have a
goal to see all 50 states together by our 25th anniversary! So far, we have seen 16 states and have been to 4 other countries
in the 2 years we've been together. We have a long bucket list of places we want to explore, all over the world!
I graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Development. Since then,
I have been pursuing my certification as a Child Life Specialist by volunteering and shadowing as a practicum student at
Phoenix Children’s Hospital. I work as a substitute teacher and nanny, which has given me experience with kids in various
settings. I currently volunteer at UNC Children’s Hospital and I look forward to what this summer will bring at camp!
I hope you are as excited as I am, and that you are ready to have some FUN!
