BMCC Day Camp is for Belle Meade Country Club Members only.
Age Range: 4 - 10
All campers must be at least 4 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained and able to handle a full day program.
Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”. The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Lunch & Snacks
The club will provide a delicious and kid-friendly lunch for every camper each day. If you would prefer to pack your own lunch for your child, please do so in a cooler or backpack. A snack will be served each afternoon to all campers. We encourage you to pack some extra snacks for your child as well.
Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp. We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts. Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts. If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Registration & Payments
Registration for Summer 2021 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.
Full payment is due upon registration. This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $40 which includes 2 camp t-shirts. We accept ACH Payments and American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!
Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at email@example.com. Cancellations made by June 21, 2021 will be refunded in full (less the registration fee). After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.
Covid-19 Safety Policy
As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.
We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly! We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

Meet Your Camp Director
Greetings Campers and Families,
My name is Misty Meredith, and I’ll be your camp director at the Belle Meade Country Club. I moved to Nashville in April with my husband, Max, and our one-year-old daughter, June. I’m very excited about this opportunity to get involved in the community and to help bring a fun experience for the kids at BMCC!
Along with our shared commitment to the future of the kids at BMCC, I bring seventeen years of experience in the fields of elementary and early childhood education, children’s activity coordination, travel & hospitality, Spanish & nature immersion, as well as sustainability and mentorship projects. Most recently, I worked as director and lead teacher of a Spanish & nature-based curriculum school in the Candler Park area of Atlanta. I worked there for five years before going on maternity leave last Spring. During the years prior to living in Atlanta I was teaching third grade at a United States accredited curriculum school in Colombia, South America. My goal for teaching abroad was to improve the fluency of my Spanish, which helped me to broaden my horizons in the field of education.
I love the joy that comes along with working with kids, spending time exploring the great outdoors, engaging in sports activities, getting creative making jewelry, traveling, and cultural exchange. One of my favorite jobs of all time was spent working as Youth Program Coordinator for Norwegian Cruise Line during most of my 20’s. I developed programs for children of passengers ranging from ages 2-17 and had co-workers from over 65 different countries. Sometimes we had more than 1,000 kids per cruise during the busy summer months - imagine that! My experience as a youth program coordinator allowed me to work with kids directly, and was a wonderful way to travel the world.
Camps and community are important to me. I believe children need a safe and fun environment in which they can explore, create, make friends, learn new things, build confidence, and make memories to last a lifetime. I place personal emphasis on being organized, dedicated, dynamic, and really fun! My involvement in team sports, from youth leagues all the way through the collegiate level, gave me life lessons in sportsmanship, motivation, and teamwork. I’m thrilled to serve as your camp director, and I am counting down the days until I can meet everyone.
See you soon!
