Our camp offers the unique balance of a traditional day camp experience in the convenient and familiar setting of the country club.  With a combination of outstanding amenities, exciting programming, and an experienced and energetic staff team, our structured and fun day camp will be the perfect place for your child.

Camp Tuition

Junior Camp (3-5 year olds) $80 per day
Full Day Camp (5-12 year olds) $105 per day
Afternoon Camp (5-12 year olds) $80 per day
Junior Camp (3-5 year olds): Campers enrolled in Junior Camp will not swim. Lunch is included.

One-Time Registration Fee: $20

This one-time non-refundable fee includes a camp t-shirt for your child.

Club Registration Requirements

For Summer 2021, you must be a Member of Barton Creek Country Club to enroll your child or grandchild in camp.

Age Range: 3 - 12

All campers must be at least 3 years old by the first day they attend camp. In addition, campers must be potty-trained.

Activities

Each day of camp will be a new and exciting experience for our campers as no two days with KE Camps are exactly alike!  Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting of sorts where, through an assortment of organized activities, campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s”.   The bulk of camp will be spent participating in a wide variety of activities throughout the day that may include:

Golf: 3 recreational group lessons each week (Afternoon Camp campers will not have golf)
Tennis: 2 recreational group lessons each week (Junior Camp campers will not have tennis)
Swimming: recreational swim time in the club's pool each day (for our Full Day and Afternoon Campers only)

Thankful Thursdays

We are excited to announce the return of Thankful Thursdays into our camp program! In true camp spirit, every Thursday campers will have the chance to give back to their community by working together on a simple, fun and rewarding community service project. Lunch & Snacks

The club will provide a delicious morning snack, lunch and beverage daily.  We recommend packing an extra afternoon snack for your child.

Please note that we are a “nut aware” camp.   We ask that you do not pack any food for your child that contains nuts.   Likewise, the lunches and snacks served by the club will not contain any nuts.   If your child has a food allergy and you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Packing List

KE Camps requires all campers to wear our official camp shirt each day of the week. Please leave all electronic devices and cell phones at home. Campers should dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Additional shirts may be purchased at camp. Camp is a place to un-plug! Please pack the following items in a labeled bag or backpack:

Extra Snacks
Face Mask: Please pack 2-3 face masks and a mask lanyard or necklace each day.
Flotation Vest: If you know that your child will be classified as a Bogey (our term for Non-Swimmer) this summer or you prefer your child to be classified this way, please pack a flotation vest for use in the Shallow End of the pool.
Golf Clubs (Optional)
Sunscreen: Spray for body is preferred
Swimsuit
Tennis Racquet (Optional)
Towel
Water Bottle

Payments, Cancellations, Refunds

Registration & Payments

Registration for Summer 2021 is open and will continue until we are full. You must be enrolled in advance, however, in order to attend camp. We are happy to accept online registrations up until the night before the start of each week of camp, provided that space is available.

Full payment is due upon registration.  This includes a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $20 which includes a camp t-shirt. We accept ACH Payments or American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

If your child has special needs or will require extra assistance while at camp, please contact us before you enroll to discuss!

Cancellations & Refunds

All requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing to our office via email at info@kecamps.com. Cancellations made by June 6, 2021 will be refunded in full (minus the registration fee).  After that, there are no refunds. We will, however, always offer a credit towards a future week (if space is available) or for next summer.

Covid-19 Safety Policy

As we enter into Summer 2021, we are fully prepared to take on the challenging circumstances surrounding Covid-19 - we did it in Summer 2020 and we can do it again! The health and safety of all campers, families, and staff members continues to be our absolute top priority. As we are all well-aware, protocols and guidelines surrounding Covid-19 are fluid and as such, we will adapt and adjust our policies, as needed, leading up to and during the camp season.

We encourage you to enroll early as spaces will be limited this summer and we expect that camp will fill up quickly!  We are sure you agree that a summer spent at camp will be more needed and meaningful than ever this year.

TX Camper Health Form Supplement

Download this health form, print, complete and fax or email back to us as soon as you can and definitely before camp begins. You may also log back in to the registration site after you have enrolled your child to upload the paperwork there. We will ask for some medical information about your child during the online registration process. In addition, TX state law requires that a record of immunizations be on file for every camper. We thank you for your cooperation in getting this form to us in a timely manner.

Authorization to Administer Medication Form

Should your child require any medication during the camp day (including an Epi-Pen or Inhaler), we ask that you complete this form and send it directly to our office or hand it to your Camp Director on your child’s first day of camp.
